要不要中性化管理?

摘要 多年前,人们认为,女性企业家要成功,必须成为“女强人’、“女中豪杰”,这是因为传统企业的管理手段以“硬性管理”为主,主要表现在管理机制、治理结构、内控制度等方面,具有浓郁的“男性色彩”。而随着“柔性管理”、“情感管理”等软性管理方式的出现,女性独有的管理优势得以更大限度的发挥。 Until recently,people used to believe that in order to succeed,female business leaders had to become 'tough women' or heroines.The reason is that traditional business management has been mainly based on 'hard measures' which are strongly masculine in terms of management mechanisms,governance structures and internal controls.However,with the emergence of soft management initiatives such as 'flexible management' and 'compassionate management',women are now better positioned to leverage their own management strengths.The integration between hard and soft approaches to management is producing a diversified new management style.Faced with intense competition and the diversification trend,how can female leaders reshape their management practices,and how can they apply various management skills to achieve differentiated objectives?
