摘要
主要完成了治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的反馈式电刺激仪中的肌电反馈系统的设计,创新性地实现生物反馈与功能性电刺激相结合,避免常规电刺激的被动性和盲目性。设计了肌电信号的采集与预处理模块,并采用了有效值检测方案,提取肌电信号的特征量,将其作为反馈量与预设值进行比较,由微处理器控制刺激脉冲的输出,从而实现智能式电刺激治疗。由实验可知,设计方案正确可行,实现了反馈刺激功能。
A novel electrical stimulator based on the EMG feedback was designed in order to treat stroke patients.In the stimulator,bio-feedback was combined with functional electrical stimulation.Comparing to conventional electrical stimulation,feedback stimulator has better treatment.In this paper,EMG acquisition and preprocessing module was developed.Besides,a RMS detection method was used to extract the feature of EMG as a feedback quantity.When the RMS value of EMG was larger than the preset value,a microprocessor output stimulation pulses.Thus the feedback stimulator can be realized.The experiment shows that the function of the EMG feedback is feasible to using in stimulators.
