摘要
本文介绍了测控系统应用软件开发环境在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５上的设计方法，并对其中的一些技术要点进行了讨论。
Design methord of the application software development plate about measurement control system is mainly introduced in the paper. Some technical difficult points are simply discussed.
