摘要
企业环境对企业发展具有决定性影响。企业环境创新是企业改善发展条件,提升企业绩效的重要途径。企业环境创新的内在机理在于企业对内外环境的调适。企业环境创新的路径,既有企业自身的行为,更有与企业相关的其他利益相关者的各种活动。企业环境创新必须落实到企业经营绩效的改善方面来。
Enterprise environment plays an decisive role on enterprise performance. It is of great importance to innovate enterprise environment. Inherent mechanism of enterprise environment inovation is the enterprise internal and external environment of adjustment. The way of enterprise environment innovation not only concern with enterprise＇s own behavior, but also with other benefit counterparts＇ activity. Enterprise environmental innovation should be implemented to improve business performance aspects.
