颅内动脉瘤患者治疗中实施临床路径的效果分析

Application of clinical pathway in perioperative care of patients with intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨在颅内动脉瘤治疗中实施临床路径的可行性和效果。方法 2008年11月至2009年4月收治45例颅内动脉瘤患者并实施临床路径,与2008年4-10月收治的45例进行比较,分析实施临床路径前后患者的住院天数、并发症发生率、总住院费用等情况。结果实施临床路径后,颅内动脉瘤患者的住院天数、住院总费用及并发症发生率均较之前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在颅内动脉瘤治疗中实施临床路径有效降低了患者住院天数、费用和并发症的发生。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effects of clinical pathway in perioperative care of patients with intracranial aneurysms. Method Clinical pathway was performed in 45 patients with intracranial aneurysms from November, 2008 to April,2009. The hospital duration,complication rate and total medical cost were compared with those of the control group. Result After the application of clinical pathway,the hospital duration,total medical cost and postoperative complications were reduced significantly （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway can effectively reduce hospital duration,medical cost and postoperative complications in patients with intracranial aneurysms.
