摘要
总结了41例经肠造口留置治疗性管路的护理实践,介绍了造口-管路联合固定的方法、护理操作流程和观察要点。41例患者因不同的治疗目的经肠造口留置了不同类型的治疗性管路,患者造口及其周围皮肤均得到及时有效的护理,顺利达到预期治疗目标。认为置管前对肠造口相关情况的评估、选择适宜的管路,并根据不同类型管路进行针对性的处置和置管后的管理是治疗成功的关键。
This paper introduces the combination fixation method of stoma and indwelling therapy tube,nursing care and key points of observation in 41 patients with indwelling therapy tube through intestinal stoma. The 41 patients had different types of indwelling therapy tubes according to different therapy purposes. They received timely and effective nursing care. The key points of nursing were assessment of intestinal stoma,selection of proper therapy tube,as well as proper management of indwelling therapy tube.
