肿瘤患者氩氦刀治疗早期的体温观察和护理

The early observation and nursing care of body temperature in patients with cancer following argon-helium cryotherapy

目的观察氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术治疗肿瘤过程中患者体温的变化,并探讨原因和护理。方法对22例氩氦刀治疗的肿瘤患者分别在术前、术中及术后测量体温并记录。结果体温经单因素方差分析显示,不同时间体温差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中体温在术中的第2个冷冻过程及术后1h内明显降低,术后4h开始出现升温趋势,术后6h、8h体温较术前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术治疗中加强体温的观察与护理有利于疾病康复。

Objective To observe the changes of body temperature during targeted cryosurgical treatment in cancer patients. Methods The pre-,intra-and post-operative body temperatures in 22 cancer patients were recorded during argon-helium cryotherapy. Results There was significant difference on the body temperature at different times during argon-helium cryotherapy（P〈 0.05）. The body temperature decreased significantly during the second frozen process and at one hour after the surgery,while increased at 4,6 and 8h after the surgery（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the observation and nursing care of body temperature during argon-helium cryotherapy can promote patients＇ recovery.
