口腔专科医院诊疗器械个性化管理的方法及效果

Practice and effect of individualized management of dental instruments in a stomatology hospital

目的探讨口腔专科医院消毒供应中心在实施口腔诊疗器械集中管理的过程中,保持器械个性化管理的方法。方法根据各科室对诊疗器械的管理要求,以及医生对器械的使用习惯及需求,设计专用的清洗篮筐及详细操作流程,对使用后的诊疗器械进行分科室、分诊位清洗消毒与灭菌,再发放回原诊位使用。结果实施口腔诊疗器械个性化的管理方法以来,器械的清洗、消毒与灭菌工作顺利进行,满足医生专用器械个性化的需要,减少诊位护士的间接护理时数。结论对口腔诊疗器械实行个性化的管理,有利于临床科室对口腔诊疗器械的保管,满足医生的使用习惯。

Objectives To study the individualized management of dental instruments in central sterile supply department （CSSD） in stomatology hospital. Methods According to the management regulations of dental instruments and the doctors＇ needs in different clinical departments,a special basket for cleaning and detailed disinfection procedure for dental instruments were designed. The dental instruments were cleaned,disinfected and sterilized in accordance with departments and dental unites,and then were distributed to original dental unites. Results After the practice of individualized management of dental instruments,the cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments were implemented successfully,which satisfied the individualized needs of doctors and reduced indirect-nursing time of nurses. Conclusion Individualized management of dental instruments is beneficial for the storage of dental instruments and can satisfy doctors＇ needs.
