逍遥散对慢性束缚大鼠应激脑区GAP-43和Nogo-A蛋白的调节作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察大鼠在束缚应激状态下海马及杏仁核GAP-43和Nogo-A蛋白表达的变化及逍遥散的调节作用。方法:使用每天捆绑3小时的方法制作慢性束缚应激动物模型,并用逍遥散进行干预,分别于7天和21天后用Western blot方法检测各组大鼠海马CA1区、CA3区、齿状回(DG)和杏仁核的GAP-43和Nogo-A的蛋白表达情况。结果:在海马各区,21天模型组的GAP-43表达量下调显著(P<0.01和P<0.05),在CA3区,7天模型组的GAP-43表达量下调显著(P<0.05);而在杏仁核区,21天模型组的GAP-43上调明显(P<0.01)。在海马各区,21天模型组的Nogo-A表达量上调显著(P<0.01和P<0.05),以CA3和DG区明显;而在杏仁核区21天模型组下调明显(P<0.01)。逍遥散的调节作用在CA3和DG区对21天模型组均有明显的作用。结论:逍遥散的抗抑郁作用与其对GAP-43和Nogo-A蛋白表达的双向性调节作用有关。
