摘要
提出了一种基于模块化设计的多功能运动心电检测系统。该系统借助模块化设计,最大限度减少了仪器的设计开发工作,系统通过PCI扩展多串口的方式将心电采集、踏车控制、血氧饱和度检测、血压检测等多个模块完美的结合在一起,并利用PC机进行数据处理和系统分析。软件采用VB进行框架式设计,使各个模块既可以独立运行又可以协同工作,以实现心电图形实时显示、心率显示、ST/HR计算、踏车控制、血氧显示、血压显示等多个功能,并预留扩展接口以供其他功能模块接入。研究结果表明,该系统不仅可以对运动心电数据进行正确采集,还可对数据进行正确的分析处理,在对冠心病初期的诊断上有很好的特异性和敏感性,可在临床应用中进行推广。
Based on the idea of modular design, a multi-function exercise electrocardiogram diagnosis system is presented. With modular design, the workload of the system design and development is minimized. The system mainly includes four modules:ECG collecting module, treadmill controlling module, blood oxygen saturation testing module and blood pressure testing module. Through the multiple serial ports extended from PCI bus, a PC combines with the four modules perfectly, also carries out data analysis and processing. With VB framework design, the software can make various modules not only operate independently, but also work together to achieve six functions:real-time ECG display,heart rate display, ST/HR slope computing, treadmill controlling, blood oxygen saturation display and blood pressure display. Experiment results show that the system can not only collect exercise ECG data accurately, but also analyze and process the data from the four modules correctly. In the diagnosis of early CHD, the proposed system has a very good specificity and sensitivity and can be promoted in clinical applications.
