单一染料间歇染色过程织物色泽的软测量模型 被引量:2

摘要 针对间歇染色过程染浴中织物色泽难以在线测量的问题,根据Kubelka-Munk理论和染色理论,提出通过测定染色过程染浴中的吸光度来求织物色泽三刺激值的软测量方法。基于机理分析和回归建模技术,以单一染料间歇染色过程为研究对象,建立单一染料间歇染色过程色泽三刺激值的软测量模型。结果表明:所建模型的相关系数R^2值大于0.9,模型的拟合效果显著。模型的预测值与离线人工测量值之间的色差值在1.5(CIE LAB)之内,模型的预测值能满足工艺要求。因此,该色泽三刺激值的软测量模型是有效可行的。 Based on the predict the color of fabric Kubelka-Munk theory and dyeing chemical theory, a soft-sensing technique is applied to through measuring the absorbency of dye in the dyeing bath. According to the analysis on the mechanism of single reactive dye for dyeing fabric, a soft-sensing model of the color of fabric in batch dyeing using single dye is established using curve estimation. Results indicate that the correlation coefficients R2 of the mod- el are all greater than 0.9 and the color differences between the predicted value and the off-line measurement value are all less then 1.5 ( CIE Lab). Real examples verify the feasibility and validity of this soft-sensing model.
