摘要
跨国公司内部知识跨国界转移的影响因素很多。本文以美资跨国公司为例,重点分析公司总部的知识转移能力、知识转移意愿、显性知识和社会化知识转移渠道丰富性对向在华子公司转移知识效果的影响。本文还借鉴Hofstede的民族文化模型,重点分析权力距离和男性-女性主义两个纬度上的文化差异对总部知识传播能力-知识转移渠道丰富性-知识转移效果之间关系的调节作用,并据此提出相应的提高跨文化知识转移效果的措施。
There are many factors which will affect the effectiveness of knowledge transfer within MNCs. Taking the American MNCs as the research targets,the impact of headquarters’knowledge transfer abilities,motives,richness of explicit and tacit knowledge transferring channels on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer are mainly analyzed. Hofstede’s national culture model is also borrowed to mainly analyze the moderating effects upon the knowledge transfer effectiveness caused by the cultural differences on the two dimensions of power distance,and masculinity vs. femininity,and then the measures improving the effectiveness of cross-cultural knowledge transfer within MNCs are put forward.
