价-效医学在糖尿病合并高血压治疗中应用的临床研究

The study on application of cost-effective medicine to hypertension with diabetes mellitus treatment

目的评价不同价格血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂联合钙通道阻滞剂治疗糖尿病合并高血压的降压效果及所带来的经济节约效应。方法180例糖尿病合并高血压患者依降压药方案分三组。于治疗前后测量血压并观察降压效果，计算并比较三组所耗降压药费用。结果三组服药后较服药前血压均明显下降；血压下降幅度三组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；药品费用组间比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论联合降压方案取得了明显的临床效果，低价位药在低收入糖尿病合并高血压患者中有较好的治疗率和血压控制率。

Objective To evaluate the cost-effective of calcium channel blockers （CCB）combining with angiotension converting enzyme inhibiter（ACEI） to treat hypertension with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods 180 patients are chosen to be divided into 3 groups. Blood pressure is recorded ; the cost of drugs is calculated and compared among 3 groups. Results Blood pressure level dropped a lot after treatment, showed significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but there is no difference between each group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The cost showed significant differences （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion CCB combining with ACEI showed significant effect on hypertension treatment, low price medicine has satisfying therapy rate and hypertension control rate among low income hypertension patients with Diabetes Mellitus.
