多发性肌炎并发噬血细胞综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者，男，32岁，因“发热5月余，三系减低、肝功能异常3个月”于2009年6月11日入我院。患者5个月前出现反复发热，体温波动在38～39℃，于当地医院输液（具体不详），体温可降至正常，但1～2天后再次升高。3个月前再次就诊于外院，
