基于RSR的医院绩效指标动态综合评价

RSR-Based Dynamically and Synthetically Evaluating the Hospital Performance Indicators

目的：探讨用秩和比法动态综合评价医院绩效。方法：采用秩和比法对某三级甲等医院2003-2009年绩效指标进行综合评价。结果：该院综合绩效曾因医疗保障制度的实施一度下降,由于加强医院科学管理,近年来其综合绩效呈稳步上升的态势。结论：用秩和比法评价医院管理绩效,方法科学,表达直观,在医院管理中有实用价值。

Objective：To investigate the application of Rank Sum-Ratio in dynamically and comprehensively evaluating hospital performance.Methods：Performance indicators from 2003 to 2009 of a general grade Ⅲ-A hospital were comprehensively evaluated with Rank Sum-Ratio.Results：This hospital′s comprehensive performance once descended resulting from introduction of medical security system,but kept ascending by strengthening scientific hospital management in recent years.Conclusion：It is scientific,easy,intuitionistic and practical to evaluate the performance of hospital management with RSR method.
