生姜泻心汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床观察

Clinical Study on Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction in Treatment of the Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察生姜泻心汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法 2006年2月2008年3月,回顾性分析20例反流性食管炎患者,服用生姜泻心汤7d后,停药观察1个月,应用反流性疾病问卷及胃镜检查,判断治疗效果。结果治愈率为35%,有效率为90%。结论生姜泻心汤对反流性食管炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengjiang Xiexin decoction in treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods From February 2006 to March 2008, 20 patients suffering from reflux esophagitis who had been treated with Shengjiang Xiexin decoction for 7 days were retrospectively reviewed. After 30 days, the effect of Shengjiang Xiexin decoction was estimated by the questionaire of reflux diseases and gastroscopy. Results After 37 days, the curative effect was 35% （7/20）, and the partial relief rate was 55% （11/20）, but there were 2 cases without any effect. Conclusion Shengjiang Xiexin decoction can relieve the pain of the patients with reflux esophagitis effectively.
