住院患者抗菌药物临床应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Antibacterials Application for Inpatients

目的了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的临床应用现状及存在问题,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法 ,对本院2008年11月2009年4月的出院病历资料进行统计、分析。结果共调查病历1000份,抗菌药物总使用率58.70%;其中预防用药使用率62.35%,治疗用药使用率37.65%;联合用药的比例为37.31%;不合理用药占19.76%。结论抗菌药物使用率较高,且使用存在一些不合理现象。医院应加强监管,对存在的问题应制订相应措施。

Objective To investigate the use of antibacterials in our hospital and provide guide for clinical use of antibacterials. Methods In this retropective study, the periopertive utilization of antibacterials in patients underwent during November 2008 to April 2009 were analyzed statistically. Results Among 1 000 medical records, the total application rate of antibacterials was 58.72%. Among them, 62.35% was used for prophylaxis, 37.65% for treatment,and 37.31% for combined treatment. The ratio of irrational use of drugs was 19.76%. Conclusion The application rate of antibaeterials of inpatients is hish, and some usage of antibacterials are without symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to tight control on which to facilitate the rational. Measures directed against the existingproblem should be worked out.
