Evaluation of Intensive Land Use in Wuhan Jiangxia Economic and Technological Development Zone

从开发区土地利用的人地关系入手,探讨了基于PSR模型的开发区土地集约利用指标体系:采用熵值法确定指标权重,选用二次综合函数来评价城市土地的集约利用程度:利用所建立的指标体系对武汉市江夏经济开发区土地利用进行综合评价,经过结果分析并得出以下结论:武汉江夏经济技术开发区土地利用人地关系整体协调度良好,政府应继续坚持执行已有政策,并需要采取有力措施来缓解用地压力。

This paper discusses the PSR model based on intensive use of land zone indicator system, starting from the man-land relationship in land use of the development zone, uses entropy value method to determine the weight of indicators and a comprehensive selection of quadratic function to evaluate the intensive use of urban land, and employs the indicators to evaluate the land use in Jiangxia Economic Development Zone of Wuhan City. The results indicate that a good degree of overall coordination exists in land use man-land relationship in the development zone, and therefore the government should stick to the implementation of the current policies and take effective measures to alleviate pressure on land.
