摘要
采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法对辣椒皮粉进行萃取、分离得到辣椒提取物,并通过体外抑菌试验对不同辣椒碱含量的提取物的抑菌效果进行研究。结果证明:辣椒提取物对大肠杆菌、酵母菌等都有较好的抑制作用,尤其对酵母菌抑菌效果更为显著,对环境中多种菌群综合体也有较强的抑制作用。
The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (SFE) of capsaicin from chilli pepper skin, antibacterial experiment of different capsaicin content from chili extracts were carried out. Conclusion: the effect of chilli extract on e.coli,yeast,etc. had better inhibition action,especially for microzyme bacteriostatic, it could also have a stronger inhibitory effect on various complex flora got from the environment
