摘要
汽轮机的叶片寿命服从于Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布，根据叶片的故障数据可以确定具体的分布形式。给出了３参数和２参数Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布。
The life of steam turbine blades will comply with Weibull distribution. The concrete form of distribution can be determined according to failure data of blades. The three parameter and two parameter Weibull distribution forms has been given in this paper, which are available to quantity analysis of reliability of blades.
