摘要
电极位置在电渣炉大型深距离结晶器熔铸过程中具有关键作用。采用编码器、可编程控制器、工控机组成电极位置的自动检测与控制系统,实时监测电极位置。运用组态软件构建人机交互界面,显示和记录电极的实时位置。结合现场实际运行的案例,详细说明系统的架构、工作原理、器件选型、实现方法及组态界面等。应用表明,该系统具有安全可靠和使用方便的特点。
The electrode position is critical in the process of melting and casting in the electroslag remelting furnace. The detection and control system that is composed of the encoders,a PLC and the industrial computer,monitors in real time the electrode position. The human-computer interface programmed by the configuration software displays and records the real-time position of the electrode. The configuration of this system,working principle,element selection,implementation method and the configuration interface are presented with the practical case. The safety,reliability and convenience of this system have been verified in the practical application.
