摘要 三乙胺冷芯盒树脂两组分中溶剂的性质、种类及比例不仅影响其树脂性能,而且也关系到冷芯盒树脂生产成本。通过单因素试验和正交试验分析讨论了冷芯盒树脂两组分中溶剂种类和比例对树脂砂抗拉、抗弯强度和可使用时间的影响及其原因,得出了影响冷芯盒树脂砂抗拉、抗弯强度主要因素及最佳溶剂比例。 The property,kinds and proportion of the solvents in the two components of resins used for triethylamine cold box are very important; they affect not only rensin's performance,but also the production cost. Single-factor and orthogonal tests were carried out to analyze and discuss the impacts of the kinds and proportion of the solvents on the tensile strength,bending strength and the service life of resin bonded sand. The optimal proportion of the solvents was gained and the key factors affect the tensile and bending strengths of resin bonded sand for cold box were obtained.
