Research of the Development and Utilization of Public Information Resource:Three Theoretical Perspectives

文章回顾和梳理了国内外公益性信息资源开发利用研究的理论发展脉络,在此基础上提出国内公益性信息资源开发利用研究的三种理论视角,并基于不同理论视角研究的分析比较,给出目前国内公益性信息资源开发利用研究的基本特点。

Based on a review of the domestic and foreign research on commonweal information resources exploitation, this paper proposed three theoretical perspectives of this field. And then, through the comparison of different theoretical perspectives, the author also concluded several fundamental features of the current commonweal information resources exploitation research in China.
