摘要
文章尝试针对高校特点,探索平衡记分卡理论在高校图书馆中的应用方法,从"愿景、使命和战略"、"读者服务"、"投入产出"、"内部业务流程"和"员工学习与成长"五个方面构建高校图书馆的绩效评价体系,为系统评价高校图书馆绩效、促进高校图书馆的战略实现提供方法参考。
The article tries to explore the use of Balanced Scorecard in universities' libraries, then to build an evaluation system of performance, which includes five dimensions , namely "vision and strategy", "readers service", "input/output", "internal operation process" and "learning and development".
