摘要
研究了底泥水溶性有机质(DOM)活化处理土壤Cu(Ⅱ)的可行性,以寻求最优实验条件.在单因素实验基础上,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计对DOM活化土壤铜进行了优化,建立了土壤铜潜在去除率(Y)与DOM投加量(X1)、振荡速度(X2)、振荡时间(X3)和反应温度(X4)四个因素间的正交回归模型:Y=47.73671+55176X3-2.63327X21-3.46235X22-1.09187X1X2+1.40813X1X3+1.40813X2X4-1.09187X3X4.从模型推知,最佳实验条件为:DOM投加量为31.1ml、振荡速度159r.min-1、振荡时间为1.7h和反应温度为24.3℃.在此条件下,根据数学模型推知土壤铜潜在去除率可达53.4%,验证实验结果与模型值基本一致.
In this paper,the feasibility that soil Cu(Ⅱ) is activated by dissolved organic matter(DOM) in sediment is researched to seek the best experimental condition.Based on the single factor experiment,the experimental conditions of soil Cu(Ⅱ) activated by DOM are optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design.The quadratic orthogonal regression model of the potential removal rate of soil Cu(Ⅱ)(Y)to four factors of DOM dosage(X1),oscillation speed(X2),oscillation time (X3) and reaction temperature (X4) is established as Y=47.73671+55176X3-2.63327X1^2-3.46235X2^2-1.09187X1X2+1.40813X1X3+1.40813X2X4-1.09187X3X4.It is concluded from the model that the best experimental condition is DOM dosage 31.1 ml,oscillation speed 159r·min^-1,oscillation time 1.7h and reaction temperature 24.3℃.Under this condition,soil Cu(Ⅱ) potential removal rate can reach 53.4% according to the model.Experiment result consisted with the model prediction.
