不同pH下鸟粪石(MAP)法目标产物的分析与表征 被引量:17

THE ANALYSIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF PRECIPITATES OBTAINED FROM STRUVITE(MAP) PRECIPITATION

摘要 通过XRD,IR,TGA以及元素分析等手段对不同pH条件下MAP沉淀法所获沉淀进行表征和分析.结果表明XRD和IR能定性判断沉淀中是否含有鸟粪石,而元素分析可以定量确定沉淀中鸟粪石的含量.元素分析表明,纯水实验体系获得高纯度鸟粪石(>90.0%)的pH值范围为7.0—9.0,而因有钙离子等影响因素,所以用自来水作为溶剂的实验体系获得高纯度鸟粪石(>90.0%)的pH范围为7.0—7.5. The precipitates harvested from MAP method under different pH conditions were characterized and analyzed by XRD,IR,TGA and elemental analysis. The results reveal that XRD and IR can qualitatively determine the presence of struvite in the precipitates,while the elemental analysis method can quantitatively define the exact content of struvite. And the elemental analysis results show that the optimal pH range for having high struvite content (〉90.0%) was respectively between 7.5—9.0 under pure water system and 7.0—7.5 under tap water system.
