摘要
１９９６／１９９７年度天津电力局实施了万门程控汇接局工程，该工程的实施解决了原有几台行政交换机的全自动入网问题，为电力局行政交换机提供了备用通道，且利用其富裕能力解决了电力职工安装宿舍电话的需求，改善了天津电力交换网的原有状况，本文从十个方面对工程的组网方案及今后的设想进行了介绍。
The Engineering of Tianjin Power 20-thousand line SPC Tandem System had been implemented during 1996 to 1997.The problem for several administrative PABXs to connect with public network by DID was then resolved, and for the PABX in Dispatching Center, it gave a second path.With the spare capacity,it met the requests of many electric power workers for private telephone.It improved the former status of exchanging network, and at the same time greatly lessened the investment. We have discussed from 10 points to the planning and the foresight of this project in this paper.
