处方信息利用对医院药学工作的促进作用

Promoting the Development of Hospital Pharmacy through Prescription Information

目的:利用处方信息促进医院药学工作模式的转变。方法:结合实际工作分析如何利用处方信息从药品采购、控制药费增长、规范用药、抗菌药物合理使用、新药监测、减少医患分歧、措施评估等方面促进医院药学工作发展。结果与结论:充分利用处方信息可以有效促进医院药学从以药品为中心向以患者为中心的模式转变,并在不同层次上促进医院药学工作全面发展。

OBJECTIVE： To promote the change of hospital pharmacy model through prescription information.METHODS： The way of utilizing prescription information to promote the development of hospital pharmacy was interpreted based on the actual work of drug purchase,drugs administration,drug cost control,rational use of antibacterials,monitoring of new drugs,elimination of doctor-patient differences and measure assessment.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： Full use of the prescription information can effectively promote the change of hospital pharmacy model from pharmacy-oriented model to patient-oriented model.It can also improve all-round development of hospital pharmacy to some extent.
