基于直方图加权光滑的DICOM格式显示技术

摘要 为了解决高灰度级医学图像的显示和通用软件不支持DICOM格式的问题,提出了基于直方图加权光滑的DICOM格式显示方法。解析了DICOM格式,读取高灰度级图像数据,对直方图进行加权光滑,然后通过制定阈值选取的检测函数自动检测出峰谷值,对选出的各组织进行灰度扩展最终完成格式转换。实验结果表明,该方法能在一幅图像中显示各组织,且各组织间的对比度较强,组织细节清晰。 For displaying the medical images with high gray scale and solving incompatibility of DICOM format with common software,a method of showing images with DICOM format based on onpowersmoothing histogram is presented. Firstly,DICOM format is analyzed,the image data of high gray scale and onpowersmoothing the histogram,then automatically detect the peak and valley value by the detection function which selected by making threshold value,finally extend gray scale of chosen tissues and finish the format transformation. Experiments show that the proposed method can show every tissue in one image and the contrast among tissues and details of tissues are clear.
