The Study of Database Management System in Electrical Power System

基于电力系统管理和自动化系统的功能和数据结构分析，提出了新一代电力系统数据库管理系统的开发策略和原则，对数据库管理系统的功能、结构及设计方法进行了阐述，并结合实际的城网自动化系统对通用数据库管理系统作了初步开发工作。

Based on the function analysis and the data structure analysis of power system management and automation system, this article puts forward the policy and the principle of developping the new data base management system(DBMS) in power system, explains the function, the structure, and the design method of DBMS, and makes an initial development on the general DBMS in line together with the practical urban power system network.
