摘要
对抽油机远程监控系统的现场层体系进行了研究,提出了新型的现场层结构,该结构的最大特点是把抽油机节能控制器和远程监控系统融合为一体。设计了抽油机远程监控系统的总体构架,详细地分析了现场层硬件结构和软件结构。现场层硬件系统包括小闭环的抽油机节能实时控制系统和数据监测传输系统;软件系统包括基于神经网络的智能控制器和数据采集监测软件系统。最后对现场层进行实验,实验结果表明,现场层即能够可靠、高效地传输数据,又能够实现抽油机的节能任务。
The structure of pumping unit layer of the remote supervisory and control system for well pumping unit is researched. A new kind of the pumping unit layer is presented,which has the characteristic of integrating the saving energy controller of pumping unit and the remote supervisory and control system. Firstly,the overall structure of the remote supervisory and control system for well pumping unit is designed. Next,the hardware structure and the software structure of the pumping unit layer are analyzed in detailed. The hardware system of pumping unit layer includes closed loop real-time control system of saving energy for pumping unit and the data supervisory and transmission system. And the software system is comprised of intelligent controller based on neural network and the data sampling and supervisory software system. Finally,the experiment for the pumping unit layer shows that the data can be transmitted reliably and efficiently,and the energy saving for pumping unit can be realized.
