不同年龄医师代谢综合征知识知晓率及生活方式调查分析

Investigation and analysis on metabolic syndrome knowledge rate and lifestyle in different age medical staff

目的:调查医师对代谢综合征(MS)有关知识的认识状况及自我健康保健意识,为下一步针对性进行代谢综合征培训及宣传教育提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,自2009年6月～2009年9月对某三甲医院的198名在职医生进行问卷调查。问卷内容涉及代谢综合征有关知识及个人生活方式等。结果:医院医师代谢综合征知识知晓率平均为53.3%,且不同年龄医师代谢综合征知晓率及生活方式存在显著差异。结论:医师作为健康保障的主力军对MS知识的明确认知是MS得以有效预防和控制的关键。被调查医师代谢综合征知识知晓率不高,自身健康保健意识不强,应有针对性地对医务人员进行MS知识培训及健康教育。

Objectives: To investigate medical staff’s metabolic syndrome knowledge rate and self health care consciousness and to give evidence for further training and health education about metabolic syndrome.Methods: Self designed questionnaire were used to investigate 198 doctors in one A-level tertiary hospital from June 2009 to Sep 2009.The content of questionnaire was about metabolic syndrome knowledge and self lifestyle.Results: The average knowledge rate of metabolic syndrome was 53.3%.There were significant different in metabolic syndrome rate and lifestyle between medical staff with different age.Conclusions: Doctor is the main force for health care.Their awareness of metabolic syndrome is the key point of preventing and controlling metabolic syndrome.The knowledge rate of metabolic rate and self health care consciousness is low in investigated doctor.Metabolic syndrome training and health education targeted to medical staff should be strengthened.
