随着知识经济时代的到来,"人"在医院构成要素中的作用越来越大,本文从建立人才流失预警体系的必要性、人才流失的风险因素识别以及如何构建人才流失预警体系方面进行了论述,并建立了人才流失预警体系架构。
With the development of knowledge economy,human resources plays more and more important role of hospital development.The necessity of constructing human resources turnover early warning system,human resources turnover risk factors identification and how to construct human resources turnover early warning system are discussed and the framework of human resources early warning system has built.
