摘要
从考核内容笼统、考核指标相同、考核范围过于狭小、考核比例固定、考核等次确定没有相对统一标准、考核结果与其他人力资源管理环节脱节等六方面介绍了目前考核现状及存在问题,为此提出了改革现行职工年度考核的尝试并取得了一定的成效,指出加强管理岗位和工勤岗位人员的考核、建立有效的信息系统、加强科室考核队伍建设、加强立体考核标准、引导科室认真分析员工考核量化数据结果、加大考核结果使用的深度与力度等六方面的新年度考核存在的问题和对策。
Annual evaluation status and problems such as indistinct content,similar indictor,narrow scope of evaluation,the fixed weight fro scoring,non-uniform standard for evaluating and disjunction between evaluation result and human resources management were discussed.New annual evaluation method has been developed and has got some effectiveness.Measures that strengthening evaluation of management and logistic positive,creating effective information system,enhancing evaluation staff training,strengthening multifaceted evaluation and evaluation result analysis and application can effectively improve annual evaluation.
