摘要
现在的焦炉三车定位大多采用编码电缆技术和γ射线技术,这些技术虽然定位精度高,但造价太高,不宜普遍推广。分析了国内外炼焦厂机车定位的现状,提出将无线电鉴相技术用于机车定位系统中,并对基于鉴相技术的厘米级机车定位原理进行了阐述,且给出了具体的实施方案,具有很高的实用价值。
In nowaday coking production,coding cable and x-ray are applied to Coke Oven Three Vehicles positioning.Accuracy of positioning of the technology is very high,but the cost of construction is too high.So the technology are not be generalized.The paper analyses present situation of coking engine control in china.It is produced that wireless phase demodulating is applied to the system of engine positioning.And it also introduces the principle of centimetre-sized positioning of engine based on Phase Demodulating,and gives rise to scheme specific in detail.it has high value in fact.
