摘要
通过对电缆组件进行时域分析(TDR),得出了同轴连接器内部的阻抗匹配不一致,导致电缆组件回波值偏高。采用CST一边进行模拟分析连接器内部的结构,一边修改连接器各结构以降低电压驻波比。试验采用改进的连接器组装同轴电缆组件,采用网络分析仪测试,电压驻波比均能满足预定的要求。因此,改进连接器内部各结构,调整内外径比例,对同轴电缆组件的VSWR性能的改善有直接的影响。
Time-domain analysis(TDR) on cable assembly is proof that impedance mismatching inside the coaxial connector is the main factor impacting the performance of coaxial assembly's VSWR.Thus,we try to simulate the consistency of impedance matching inside the connector by using CST software and at the same time modify the inside structure of the actual connector.Meantime,use net analysis test equipment to carry out test on the improved connector,which gives the satisfied results.Therefore,in order to improve the performance of cable assembly's VSWR,it is required to take into account the internal structure of the connector,control ratio of inner outer diameter,fit-up technology for cable assembly,etc.
