摘要 根据动(静)叶调节轴流风机的性能特点,阐述了轴流风机喘振预报的基本原理,提出了几种喘振预报方案并进行比较。探讨了一种利用现场易测参数和轴流风机性能数学模型,借助计算机实现喘振实时预报的实用方法,并给出了喘振实时预报系统实现的程序框图。最后分析了影响轴流风机喘振预报可靠性的因素。 The principle of surge prediction for axial-flow fan with adjust able vanes is formulated. Several surge prediction schemes are proposed and compared according to the fan's performance character.A practical method is discussed to realize on-line real-time surge prediction with the parameters which can be easily got on the spot and the mathematical performance model for axial-flow fan by the aid of computer The diagram of the real-time surge prediction and alarm system for the axial-flow fan is given.The factors which influence the reliability of surge prediction are also analysed.
