摘要
从电压稳定的概念出发,定性地分析了低电压减载对电力系统静态电压稳定和暂态电压稳定的作用机理,合理地解释了其对电压崩溃的控制过程,得出了低电压减载是一项防止系统电压崩溃、增强系统电压控制能力的有效技术措施的结论。
Based on the primary concepts of voltage stability, this paper analyzes qualitatively the mechanism of under-voltage load shedding in respect of static and transient voltage stability of the power system, gives a reasonable explanation of the control procedure by using under-voltage load shedding when a voltage collapse takes place, and concludes that under-voltage load shedding is an effective technology measure for preventing voltage collapse and enhancing the controlling abilities of power system voltage.
