摘要
针对200MW机组670t/h锅炉的启停过程,综合各方面因素建立了汽包温度场的数学模型。应用三维等参元法对汽包应力场进行了计算分析,有关上下壁温差理论对规范锅炉运行管理和提高锅炉安全经济运行具有一定的参考价值。
The starting and shutting down processes of 200MW unit 670 t/h boiler drum are studied. A mathematical model of the temperature field of steam drum has been set up, taking into account of all factors. The author adopted 3D Equal-parameter element method to calculate and analyze stress field of steam drum. The is work more important to boiler's operation management and rains the safety and economics of operation.
