An Experimental Study on Tensile Mechanical Behaviors of 30CrMoV Steel under Short Time Elevated Temperatures

摘要 对 30Cr2MoV转子钢在 300-1100℃温度范围进行了拉伸力学性能实验,得到了该合金的拉伸应力-应变曲线及屈服强度、抗拉强度与温度的关系曲线。将老化材料与新材料的力学性能进行了对比分析,提出了修正的库尔纳科夫热软化公式,为汽轮机转子的热弯曲研究及转子校直分析提供了不同温度下的弹塑性应力-应变关系曲线。 The tensile properties of 30Cr2MoV steel at elevated temperatures ranging from 300 -1100℃are studied. The stress-strain plots at various temperatures and the relationship between strengths and temperatures have been obtained. A modified thermo-softening equation of Kuernakov is put forward. The difference of mechanical behaviors between old materials during long time service and new materials is discussed. The results are very valuable for both studying the thermo-bending of a rotor of steam turbine and Straightening a rotor.
