摘要
目的:探讨不同稀释液对血清中高浓度HBsAg测定结果的影响。方法:将11例HBsAg高值的乙肝患者血清分别用HBsAg专用稀释液、生理盐水、混合低值血清及蒸馏水稀释,然后用ARCHITECTi2000SR化学发光分析仪测定其HBsAg值。结果:用生理盐水和蒸馏水稀释的血清标本测得的HBsAg值与用专用稀释液稀释后测得的HBsAg值比较存在统计学差异,而混合低值血清与专用稀释液所测值相比较差异无统计学意义。结论:除专用稀释液外,混合低值血清可以用于ARCHITECTi2000SR化学发光分析仪测定高浓度HBsAg的替代稀释液,而生理盐水和蒸馏水不能用作稀释液测定高值HBsAg。
Objective:To explore the influence of the different diluents to hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) in human serum.Methods:11 hepatitis B patients' serum with high concentration of HBsAg were selected,then diluted with specialized diluents,low serum,normal saline and distilled water respectively,the content of HBsAg were detected by Architect i2000SR immunoassay analyzer.Results:Serum specimen of HBsAg diluted with normal saline or distilled water had difference compared to specialized diluents group(P 0.05),while there was no significance in determination of HBsAg diluted with low serum comparing with specialized diluents group(P 0.05).Conclusion:The low serum can be a substitute for specialized diluents to Architect i2000SR immunoassay analyzer while the normal saline and distilled water can not.
