三金片治疗更年期妇女尿路感染阴虚湿热证50例疗效观察

Therapeutic Efficacy of Sanjin Tablets for Urinary Tract Infection in Climacteric Women with Yin Deficiency and Damp-Heat Syndrome: An Analysis of 50 Cases

目的:观察三金片治疗更年期妇女尿路感染阴虚湿热证的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为2组。治疗组给予三金片,对照组给予左氧氟沙星片,观测临床症状、体征、尿常规、尿沉渣细胞计数、血清免疫球蛋白、尿sIgA含量、尿β2微球蛋白、尿NAG酶、尿渗透压指标变化,并进行跟踪随访。结果:两组治疗后有效率相比,近期疗效无显著性差异,远期疗效有显著性差异(P<O.05)。治疗组中尿频、尿急、尿痛、腰痛等症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。证候积分比较,治疗前后两组有显著性差异。对免疫功能的改善,治疗组较显著(P<O.05)。治疗后治疗组尿sIgA较对照组经统计学处理显示有差异(P<O.05)。结论:三金片对更年期妇女尿路感染有较好的疗效,可明显缓解症状,减少复发,并能显著改善患者机体免疫功能。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Sanjin tablets for urinary tract infection in climacteric women with Yin deficiency and damp - heat syndrome. METHODS： A total of 100 enrolled patients were randomly assigned to receive either Sanjin tablets （ treatment group） or Levofloxacin tablets （ control group）. The clinical manifestation,vital signs,indexes such as urine routine,cell count in urinary sediment,serum immune globulin,sIgA level,β2 microglobulin and NAG enzyme in urine,and osmotic pressure of urine were measured and the patients were followed up. RESULTS： There were no significant differences between the two groups in short - term effective rate but significant differences were noted in long term effective rate （P〈0. 05）. The time to achieve relief in symptoms such as urinary frequency,urgency of urination,urodynia and lumbago etc was significantly less in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences between the two groups with regard to the scores of symptom complex. The treatment group showed a better improvement in immune function （P〈0. 05）. After treatment,significant differences were noted in sIgA in urine between the two groups after statistical treatment （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Sanjin tablets are effective for urinary tract infection in climacterium women with Yin deficiency and damp - heat syndrome and it has been shown to significantly relieve patients’symptoms, reduce the incidence of recurrence,and remarkably improve patients’immune function.
