2009年我院门诊处方点评及用药分析

Evaluation of Outpatient Prescriptions and Drug Utilization Review in Our Hospital in 2009

目的:促进我院合理用药,加强处方管理,提高处方质量。方法:运用我院处方评价系统对2009年药物利用情况进行评价,并结合《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》及《处方管理办法》对抽取的处方进行点评。结果:2009年门诊处方总计497047张,处方合格率达99.3%。其中不规范处方占不合理处方的53.6%,不适宜处方占33.6%,超常处方占12.8%。结论:我院2009年度处方合格率较高,但仍有不合理情况,应进一步重视处方点评工作。

OBJECTIVE： To promote into the drug use in our hospital,strengthen prescription management and improve the quality of prescriptions. METHODS： The drug utilization in 2009 in our hospital was reviewed by using hospital prescription evaluation system and evaluated in accordance with Hospital Prescription Evaluation Management Norms （ Trial） and Prescription Management Norms. RESULTS： Of the total 497,047 outpatient prescriptions in 2009,99. 3% were qualified. Of all the irrational prescriptions,nonstandard prescriptions accounted for 53. 6% , inappropriate prescriptions accounted for 33. 6% ,abnormal prescriptions accounted for 12. 8% . CONCLUSION： The outpatient prescriptions in 2009 in our hospital far from perfect showed a high qualification rate yet far from perfectly rational,thus great importance should be attached to the evaluation on prescriptions.
