药师参与治疗临床难治性感染案例分析

Analysis of Refractory Infection Cases Treated with the Cooperation of Pharmacists

目的:评价药师合理使用抗菌药物参与临床难治性感染案例的治疗效果。方法:对本院药师参与治疗难治性感染典型病例进行回顾性总结。结果:药师参与制定临床抗感染方案取得明显成效。结论:药师在合理使用抗菌药物治疗临床难治性感染中,对减少细菌耐药性和医疗资源的浪费、促进临床合理用药起到了重要作用,体现了药师参与临床药物治疗的可行性和必要性。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the curative efficacy of antibiotics for refractory infection treated with the cooperation of pharmacists. METHODS： A retrospective analysis was performed on the refractory infection cases treated with the assistance of pharmacists in our hospital. RESULTS： Pharmacists’participation in rational use of antibiotics for refractory infection cases achieved remarkable efficacy. CONCLUSION： Pharmacists play an important part in rational use of antimicrobials for refractory infection cases in that they help reduce bacterial drug resistance and waste of medical resources and promote rational clinical drug use,indicating the feasibility and necessity of clinical pharmacists’participation in the clinical drug treatment.
