论学校管理的伦理基础 被引量:2

摘要 学校管理和伦理具有内在的一致性,其中伦理是学校管理的基础,它主要表现在以下几个方面:学校共同体必须是伦理共同体,学校管理以人性假设为价值前提,学校管理依赖伦理规范和准则,学校管理离不开伦理评价标准,所以伦理是学校管理的题中之义,学校管理在许多方面离不开伦理的基础地位和培育作用。
