摘要
本文根据流体力学的基础理论,提出了超高压系统中泄压阀泄压特性的理论模型(即系统内压力与流量的变化规律)。根据该理论模型计算获得的泄压数据与实测泄压数据符合得较好。文中还给出了阀前管道及阀内流道中流速及温度变化的计算公式,最后详细分析了此类超高压泄压阀元件的破坏机理并推荐了计算冲击和气蚀破坏压力的公式。
Employing the theory of fluid mechanics, the authors present a theoretical model of the pressure leaked out from the leak valve in the system under super-pressure (i. e. the variational laws of pressure and flowrate in the system). By means of this model, the calculating results are in good agreement with the experimental data. A calculating formula for the fluid flow velocity and the temperature in the flow passages of the valve as well as the pipes in the leak valve are also offered. Finally, the destroyod mechanism of the valve is analysed and a calculating formula for estimating the magnitude of pressure due to scouring and cavitation is recommended.
