摘要
本文使用了六家股份制商业银行2003-2009年七年的数据对高管人员的薪酬与绩效进行了分析。分析的结果表明,商业银行高管人员的薪酬与业绩的增长幅度存在不一致的情况;银行业的利润总量是依靠规模的扩张而非资产质量的改善和盈利能力的提高而增长。
This paper analyzes the relationship between senior manager's remuneration and their performance in commercial bank, by using the 7-year financial data of 6 joint-stock commercial banks from 2003 to 2009. The results show that the growth rate of remuneration and performance of senior managers are inconsistent. The growth of total profit neither depends on the improvement of asset qualitynor on the improvement of profit ability, but on the expansion of the scale.
