摘要 肿瘤干细胞niche为肿瘤干细胞生存以及增殖分化提供了相对稳定的微环境,这一微环境由各种细胞、基质以及多种细胞因子等构成。在这一微环境中,肿瘤干细胞能够耐受放化疗。文献报道,破坏这种微环境能显著增强放化疗效果,从而改善肿瘤患者的预后。 Cancer stem cell niche provides a relatively stable microenvironment for cancer stem cell (CSC) existence, proliferation and differentiation. This microenvironment consists of kinds of cells, stroma and cytokines, etc. Within it , CSC can resist chemoradiotherapy. It has been shown that destruction of the microen vironment can significantly enhance the effect of chemoradiotherapy and improve prognosis of cancer patients.
