血小板反应蛋白1与紫杉醇耐药机制的研究

摘要 血小板反应蛋白1(TSP1)因其抗血管生成及诱导凋亡的作用而被人们广泛关注。近期研究表明,TSP1与紫杉烷类的耐药有着紧密的关系,TSP1表达下调会导致肿瘤细胞对紫杉醇的敏感性降低,而TSP1的下调可能是由一种新发现的紫杉醇耐药基因1(Txr1)介导的,这为临床解决紫杉烷类耐药问题提供了新的研究方向。 Thrombospondin-1 is known as its anti-angiogenic and proapoptotic activities in oncogenesis. In current research, it has a intimate relationship with taxol resistance. Sensitivity of tumor cells to taxol will descend when the expression of TSP1 is downregulated, and TSP1 downregulation is mediated by a new gene of taxol-resistance gene 1, the discovery provids a new trend to solve taxol resistance.
