乳腺癌组织乙酰肝素酶和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达及其与临床病理相关性分析 被引量:4

Relationship between expressions of heparanase and basic fibroblast growth factor and clinicopathology of breast cancer tissues

摘要 目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(Hpa)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测95例乳腺癌组织中Hpa和bFGF的表达情况,取20例癌旁乳腺组织作对照。结果:Hpa和bFGF在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为67.37%和75.79%。检验结果表明,Hpa表达和bFGF表达呈正相关(P=0.000)。Hpa、bFGF的表达与乳腺癌肿瘤大小(P=0.001;P=0.007)、组织学分级及淋巴结转移(P=0.000)、临床分期(P=0.000)、5年生存率密切相关,与患者的年龄无关(P=0.310,0.724)。结论:Hpa和bFGF在乳腺癌组织中表达明显增高,两者表达有高度的一致性;两者的高表达与乳腺癌侵袭与转移有关,可作为预测乳腺癌预后的指标。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expressions of heparanase and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in breast cancer tissues and evaluate their clinicopathological significance.METHODS:Streptavidin-peroxidase of immunohistochemistry was used to detect heparanase and bFGF in 95 specimens of breast cancer.Twenty adjacent normal tissues were selected as controls.RESULTS:The positive expression rates of heparanase and bFGF were 67.37% and 75.79% respectively in breast cancer tissues.The expressions of heparanase and bFGF were positively correlated with the tumor size(P were 0.001 and 0.007),histological grade,lymph node metastasis(P=0.000),clinica stage(P=0.000)and 5-year survival rate of breast cancer,but not with age(P were 0.310 and 0.724).CONCLUSIONS:There are overexpressions of heparanase and bFGF in breast cancer tissues.Their expressions are high agreement.The overexpressions of heparanase and bFGF may promote the invasion and metastasis of tumor,may be a valuable marker to evaluate biological behavior of breast cancer.
